I wrote a song today about a Man I met a little while back. He was an older Man, homeless and sitting outside of Carl's JR. I happened to have my guitar with me at the time, which is irrelevant, and nowhere to be so I ended up buying him some food and talking to him for awhile. Rough Life! He lost one of his legs when he was in service. He told me all about his life and how he didn't do a lot of things he thought he would. I do remember this quote! I asked him ... OOHHH wait! Did I mention he was 89 at the time. you would have never guessed it either, He looked and presented himself much younger. Anyway, So I asked him what it was like being around for that many years and He responded "There's a lot more aches and pains but there's also a lot more memories"
